Funmilayo Elebe is a passionate personal finance advocate/educator, microfinance practitioner, and small business consultant dedicated to helping individuals and businesses cultivate a savings and wealth-creation mindset.
A certified trainer of the Microfinance Distance Learning Course(MFTOT 10) by UNDP. A MasterCard Scholar to Microfinance, Housing and SME Summer Academy, 2015 at Frankfurt School of Management-Germany. A Microfinance Certified Banker of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria (MCIB). She is a master’s degree holder in Industrial and Labour Relations from UNILAG and also holds a dual first degree in Business Administration. Also, she has both local and international exposure to Best Human Resource Practices, Personal Finance, Business Management and Sustainable Microfinance Practices.
Funmilayo is passionate about Inclusive Financial Literacy and Better Life program for women and has trained over 2000 individuals and is still counting on Sustainable Financial Lifestyle and Small Business Management.
With over a decade of experience as a Human Resource Generalist, Business Manager, Microfinance Practitioner and Personal Finance Educator/coach. Funmilayo understands the common challenges people face when it comes to managing their finances and building wealth.
Funmilayo offers practical guidance and support to clients, providing them with simple and welcoming strategies to achieve their financial goals. Whether it’s setting up an emergency fund, saving for a dream home, changing from bad money habits or growing an investment portfolio, she helps clients navigate their financial journeys with confidence.
With a warm and approachable demeanour, Funmilayo believes in creating a safe space for her clients to explore and improve their financial habits. Her mission is to empower individuals and small business owners to take control of their finances, fostering a solid financial foundation that leads to long-term security and fulfilment.
She is the founder of Seedbridge Charitable Initiative, an MFI NGO, an Organisation that is committed to empowering women through microloans, skills acquisition, financial literacy and programs to better their lives. Additionally, she is the founder of Kobo2Naira, a Personal Finance Academy with the goal of educating, empowering, and partnering with members to foster a savings and investment culture, enabling them to lead a sustainable financial lifestyle.
